NAMAWI Africa NGO was conceived in December 2021. Rooted in Mwanza Tanzania, but available nationally, it is designed to achieve objectives that will develop community, showcase culture and creativity, and promote entertainment via the arts, NAMAWI AFRICA will extend its operations to all regions of Tanzania. The purpose is to recognize the best of Tanzanian values, character and culture, and to give each a place in traditional and contemporary life, which is impactful to uplifting youth, families and communities.

NAMAWI Africa
Vision: To see talented, gifted, and creative artists in Tanzanian society develop and connect to cultural opportunities.
Mission: Strive to educate and inspire creative artists by endeavoring to partner with government, community based organizations (CBOs), and the private sector to deliver quality and outstanding arts education in a fun and safe environment.
Objectives: Through Music and Arts education: Prepare program participants for career opportunities; Mentor participants in how to develop personal, professional and performance skills that will impact society in a positive way.

Through music, and arts education we plan to develop ably self-reliant citizens who create sustainable art, and who are well prepared for job opportunities.

To empower, develop, produce, publish and showcase untapped African talents from various cultural influences, and music backgrounds for international scholarship consideration.

Provide quality education and mentorship to each participant that inspires love for country, and community through music and arts.
